Cross Country to host 5k at Gadsden State Cherokee

The Gadsden State Cardinal Cross Country Team is hosting a 5K and 1-mile run on May 13. Race proceeds support team equipment and travel for the 2023 season.

Packet pickup will begin at 7:30 a.m. The 1-mile run will begin at 8:15 a.m. The 5K kicks off at 8:45 a.m.

These races will be on closed courses at Gadsden State Cherokee and the City of Centre Softball Park. The campus is located at 810 Cedar Bluff Road in Centre.

For the 5k race, there will be awards for the overall Top 3 males and females as well as the Top 3 males and females in each age group.

Runners and walkers of all ages and levels are welcome!
